Refund & Dispute Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, email us at support@getcrispai.com and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After the 7-day window, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll investigate promptly.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@getcrispai.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive your daily briefings until that date. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Terms & Conditions
By subscribing to Crisp AI, you agree to these terms. Crisp AI provides a personalized daily email briefing service for $9 USD per month, billed on a recurring basis.
Service: We deliver one AI-curated email briefing per day to your inbox, covering topics you select at signup. Delivery is targeted for 8 AM in your local timezone.
Content: Crisp AI aggregates and summarizes publicly available information. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party news sources. Content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.
Account: You are responsible for keeping your email address current. We are not liable for missed briefings due to an outdated email.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify pricing or service with 30 days notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
Privacy Policy
We collect your name, email address, and topic preferences solely to deliver your briefings.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use Stripe for payment processing — we never store your credit card details.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@getcrispai.com.
